Formal Dinner

Every week we will all sit down and have a formal dinner, everyone dressed in gown and formal attire. Good time to sit down and meet everyone.

This morning I was woken up by a intercom system (who the hell put it there?) informing us to dress up and take group photo. Drowsy as we are, we got up in our shirts and tie for the shot. Here are some aftermath shots. Alistair (Chap next door)

Yes Rocky Balboa. The last instalment! What a great way to end the series. Again, there are so many lessons to be learnt and still the best part for me is the line "there is no Tomorrow!!!" when rocky wanted to throw in the towel, someone shot that line into his head.

Cottage Mate!

Hey everyone, this is Brendan who live just 1 room away. Brilliant guy who homestudied man. Have to pretty darn disciplined if you ask me. Though 21, he speaks beyond his age, different from the rest of the 17 year old college kiddies.

Settling in quite nicely

I am paying shit loads for this room, which I am quite happy with. Nothing much to complain about with the attached toilet (cleaned once a week by a cleaner), fridge, air conditioner, balcony and tea making facilities.

Course mates!

It is quite nice to have a few course mates that you can talk to and reminisce about homely things. From the left Zhiqi (or Ziggy i think), yandao, Agnes and Joyce.

Zhiqi studied and worked in Oz for quite a while, Agnes is from TTSH and Joyce is from hongkong.

Andre is also from Hongkong and plans to continue working here once he complete his masters
We got together on one of the weekend and enjoyed a pint out in the sweltering Australian heat.
